Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment card details are held to guarantee your booking. Your outstanding balance can be paid on the day of departure.

Deposit

Valid credit/debit card details are required at the time of booking. We will be happy to move your dates free of charge, should you need to reschedule subject to availability.

Cancellation/No Show

When making your booking a legally binding contract exists between us.

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before you are due to arrive. If cancelled later 100% of reservation price will be charged, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.  We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to protect against loss.

Check-in and Departure Times

The preferred check in times are between the hours of 4pm and 6pm.

Earlier or later check in times may be available by prior arrangement only. It would be helpful to provide a mobile telephone number when booking, to enable us to text you for an ETA on or before the day of your arrival.

We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10:00am.

Pets

Although we do not accept pets here, we would like to mention that for guests with pet allergies, we do have a dog and a cat.
