Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment card details are held to guarantee your booking. Full payment is required on the day of departure.

Deposit

No deposit is required.

Cancellation/No Show

When making your booking a legally binding contract exists between us.

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before you are due to arrive.  If cancelled later or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to protect against loss.

Check-in and Departure Times

The preferred check in times are between the hours of 4pm and 6pm.

Earlier or later check in times may be available by prior arrangement only. It would be helpful to provide a mobile telephone number when booking, to enable us to text you for an ETA on or before the day of your arrival.

We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10:00am.

Pets

Although we do not accept pets here, we would like to mention that for guests with pet allergies, we do have a dog and a cat.

Smoking Policy

Tor View is a non-smoking residence, but guests may use the outside patio area, where ashtrays are provided.
